Engagement Co-Ordinator - 37 hours per week, £26,270-£28,400

Fixed Term to March 2020, Central Glasgow

The National Confidential Forum is looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join the team as an engagement co-ordinator. The post holder will be critical in shaping and delivering a range of key engagement activities with the Forum and work with care experienced people to develop a reference group.

The post holder will develop and deliver an engagement strategy and action plan for targeted and direct engagement across Scotland with a specific range of stakeholders to both attract new participants, and raise awareness of the Forum to key organisations and groups.

We are looking for an individual who has substantial experience of working in community engagement in a public facing role as well as experience of working with a range of stakeholders, including typically excluded groups and communities. The post holder will have the only dedicated engagement role at the Forum and must have a level of expertise and problem-solving skills to enable them to take the lead (working with Forum staff and others) in shaping an engagement approach and working to deliver value to the team and the Forum.

The post holder will be critical in helping shape and deliver the Forum’s engagement strategy for the future and will lead on the development and delivery of a range of direct engagement and facilitation activities which will shape the work of the Forum moving forward.
